Salon Policies
SATISFACTION POLICY
Our aim is for every guest to love their look - without exception. Please reach out within seven days of service(s) rendered for any necessary adjustments; while refunds cannot be offered, we are more than willing to make things right within this window of time.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We take your appointment seriously and wish to ensure it receives the time and care it deserves, which is why we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice of any cancellation or modification to an appointment time slot. Cancellations without 24 hours notice will result in a $50 fee per service reserved.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We offer full exchanges within 30 days for any product purchased; if it doesn't meet your requirements we will exchange it. Hair care items returned will receive full credit towards another purchase provided they haven't been discontinued or in their old packaging.
CHILDREN
For safety and to ensure optimal care during an appointment, children must remain in our waiting area with a responsible adult. If being serviced, an adult over the age of 18 is required during consultation. In general, we kindly request children are not brought to appointments.
PETS
Pets are not permitted.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
Cash, Mastercard, Visa, Apple Pay and Zelle are accepted for payment.
